Our Handmade Commitment
Every single collar and harness we create is crafted by hand, making each piece unique. Because of this artisanal process, finished measurements may vary by up to 1 inch from our standard sizing chart, and pattern placements may vary slightly. We highly recommend measuring your pet carefully before ordering. If your pet is right on the edge between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for their comfort

If a collar or harness doesn't fit quite right, you can return it within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused and free of pet hair. 

Returns for a Refund: If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, please email us at athleticdoggs@gmail.com to notify us. The customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label to send the item back. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective (outside of the normal 1-inch handmade variance) or we sent the wrong item by mistake, email us immediately so we can get a replacement sent out.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
